Privacy notice

This notice explains how AI Diagnostic Platform (https://aistack.fyi) processes personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we process and why

  • Diagnostic inputs. Text and answers you enter in Analyze, Estimate or Audit are sent to our server to compute your result, and the result is sent back to your browser. We don't store these inputs or results after your request is answered. Don't enter personal data or confidential information; use synthetic or anonymized samples. Legal basis: performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in providing it (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Hosting and security logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure website.
  • Your cookie choice and theme. We store your consent choice, and your light or dark theme if you pick one, in your browser's local storage. Neither is sent to us. See the cookie policy.

What we don't do

  • No analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add optional analytics, we'll only load them with your consent.
  • No accounts, and no selling or sharing of personal data for marketing.
  • Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the site doesn't send your IP address to a font provider.

Recipients and international transfers

We use service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR): Netlify (hosting). Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, it's protected by the safeguards in Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operations. Diagnostic inputs aren't stored. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.

Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you can request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work (Art. 77 GDPR).

Changes

We'll update this notice when our processing changes, and show the date of the latest update below.
